Placing an Order
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on zhinos.com. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the “Add to Cart” button from any product page on the web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. Telephone orders can be placed during normal business hours, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (central standard time) Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays)
Payment and Sales Tax
Your purchases from zhinos.com will be taxed using the applicable sales tax rate for your shipping address. An estimated sales tax amount will be displayed when orders are placed.
To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, you will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. Please contact us for more information.
Order Status/My Account
If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your email order confirmation where you will find the tracking number for the items you ordered. You may also login to your account by clicking “log in” on the home page and then selecting “view order status” on the following page. What types of products do you offer?
Currently we offer a wide selection of packaging options, including boxes (Folding Carton, Corrugated box, Rigid box, Displays) and bags (Paper shopping bags, Reusable bags, Mailer bags, Pouch). Additionally, we also provide other packaging like labels and stickers, inserts and tin. Specific products can be viewed on our product page.
How can I track my packages during shipping?
You can send us an email to check your packages. Or you can use online tracking tools that allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and get real-time updates on its location and estimated delivery time.
